Offensive behavior and defamation result in account suspension or legal action. “Tawjihi Online” is not liable for content objections if previews were not reviewed and will address technical issues without compensation.

1. Registration and Use of the Platform

1.2. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and refrain from sharing them with others. If it is proven that login credentials have been shared, the platform’s management will suspend the account for three months without offering any compensation.
2. Purchasing Lessons
2.1. Students are responsible for thoroughly reading the details of each lesson before purchasing to ensure the content aligns with their educational needs.
2.2. It is recommended to review the free previews available for some lessons before purchase to evaluate the teaching style, as well as the audio and video quality, and ensure they meet the student’s expectations.
2.3. Once a lesson is purchased, students cannot request a refund if they are dissatisfied with the content due to the low cost relative to the educational value provided.
2.4. In cases of a clear technical issue in the lesson (e.g., poor audio or video quality), the platform’s management is committed to fixing the issue or refunding the payment as deemed appropriate.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. All educational materials and content available on the “Tawjihi Online” platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform. Reproducing, copying, distributing, or selling any of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
3.2. Sharing videos with others or publishing them online or on social media platforms is strictly prohibited. Violators will face permanent account suspension, legal action, and financial compensation claims.
4. Behavior and Interaction on the Platform
4.1. Posting offensive, inappropriate, or unethical comments on the platform is prohibited. Violating comments will be deleted, and the account will be suspended for one month without any compensation.
4.2. Any defamation or harm to the reputation of “Tawjihi Online” or its instructors via social media or any other means is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the account will be permanently closed, and legal action will be taken against the violator, including financial compensation claims. The violator is not entitled to any compensation.
4.3. “Tawjihi Online” encourages constructive criticism and feedback aimed at improving the service, provided it is respectful and professional.
5. Liability Limitations
5.1. “Tawjihi Online” is a private educational platform and not an official governmental entity. Use of the platform is at the student’s discretion, and the platform disclaims liability for any objections to the content or quality of lessons if the student has not reviewed the available information or free previews beforehand.
5.2. In the event of a general technical malfunction affecting the platform, the management is committed to resolving the issue promptly but assumes no responsibility for providing compensation to affected students.
